1. Eligibility and accurate information
Paid services are intended for people aged 18 or older who can enter into a contract. If you purchase for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate contact and billing information, including an email address you can access. Tell us promptly if booking details need correction.
2. What you are purchasing
Leadr provides educational masterclasses, resources and digital products. The relevant product page and checkout describe the price, included materials, event schedule, delivery method and any access period. Do not assume recordings, lifetime access, personal coaching or future events are included unless explicitly stated.
For a live session, check the date and time zone before paying. If a material detail is not confirmed on the product page, contact us before purchasing. Digital delivery and access arrangements are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy; no physical shipping is involved unless an offer expressly says otherwise.
3. Prices and payments
The currency and total amount are shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before payment. Your bank may separately charge currency-conversion or cross-border fees.
The masterclass uses Stripe for payment processing. An order is confirmed when successful payment is verified; an incomplete or failed checkout does not create a paid booking. Keep your receipt or order reference. If you believe you were charged without receiving confirmation, contact us before making a second payment.
A one-time masterclass purchase is not a recurring subscription. Any future recurring product must separately disclose its renewal price, billing frequency and cancellation method before you subscribe. Prices may change for future orders, but a change does not retrospectively increase an existing paid order.
4. Refunds, cancellations and event changes
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request it. Mandatory consumer remedies continue to apply, including where a service is not supplied or is materially different from what was promised.
If we cancel a paid event or cannot provide a purchased service, we will explain the available remedy, including a refund for the undelivered service. If a material schedule change prevents attendance, contact us to discuss a transfer or refund. We will not replace a refund required by law with compulsory credit.
To report duplicate charges, delivery problems or cancellation requests, email hello@leadr.so with your order reference. Do not include full card details or passwords. You retain your rights to contact your payment provider or a relevant authority.
5. Access and acceptable use
Unless the product states otherwise, a purchase gives the named attendee a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the supplied materials for learning and their own work. You may apply the ideas in your business. You may not resell or publicly redistribute our protected materials, share paid access links, impersonate another person, or bypass access controls without permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.
Keep account and access information secure. Do not harass participants, disrupt a session, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the security of our systems. We may restrict access proportionately for a material breach or an immediate security risk, explain the reason where appropriate, and consider reasonable corrections. This does not remove any refund or other remedy required by law.
6. Educational content and AI tools
Our content is educational. We do not guarantee income, employment, promotion, time savings or a particular business outcome. Examples and testimonials do not establish what every attendee will achieve.
AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate. Independently check outputs before relying on them, and follow your employer’s policies and the relevant tool’s terms. Do not submit confidential, personal or proprietary information to third-party AI services without appropriate permission. Any separately required software subscription or account should be identified in the offer; third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Our content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal, financial, medical or other professional where that advice is needed.
7. Participation and recordings
Respect the privacy of other attendees. Do not record or redistribute a live session without permission. Where we plan to record a session, we will explain the arrangement and how participation may appear in the recording before recording begins. These terms do not give blanket permission to use your image, voice or testimonial in advertising.
8. Email and privacy
We use contact information to administer requested resources, accounts, purchases and support. Promotional email permission is handled separately. Paying for a masterclass or agreeing to these terms does not, by itself, consent to marketing.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or manage available preferences through the links in those messages, or contact hello@leadr.so. Necessary order, access or security messages may still be sent. See the Privacy Policy for data use, analytics, service providers and privacy requests.
9. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted website access or that third-party platforms will always be available. If an interruption prevents us from supplying a paid service, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your misuse, unauthorised disclosure of access information, or independent third-party failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections.
10. Complaints and disputes
Please email hello@leadr.so with the relevant order details and the outcome you are requesting. We will investigate and respond within applicable legal time limits. Informal resolution is encouraged but does not prevent you from exercising statutory rights, using a regulator’s complaint process, or bringing a claim in a court with jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use and future purchases, with an updated date and additional notice where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or material benefits attached to a purchase you already made. Product-specific terms presented before purchase take precedence on the subject they expressly address, subject to applicable law.
