Shipping and Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

Leadr’s masterclass and digital resources are delivered online. No physical parcel is shipped and no physical shipping charge applies to these products.

The product page describes what is included and how it is delivered. A live masterclass takes place at the announced date and time; payment confirmation is not the live session itself. Recordings, downloadable bonuses and any access period are included only where the offer says so.

For a paid booking, we confirm payment through Stripe before treating the booking as paid. Follow the confirmation page and email instructions for your purchase. If the event schedule or access arrangements have not yet been announced, contact hello@leadr.so before paying.

Free resources may be available through a website link or delivered by email, as explained on the relevant form. Marketing emails are subject to your subscription choices and are separate from fulfilling a purchase or resource request.

Your contact details

Use an email address you can access and check it for booking information. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us with your order reference so we can verify the purchase and correct the delivery details.

If something does not arrive

Check your confirmation page and your spam or promotions folder. If access is missing or a link fails, email hello@leadr.so with the purchase email, order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details or passwords.

We will investigate and help restore access to the product you purchased without charging you again for the same entitlement. If we cannot supply a paid service, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Technical requirements

You need internet access and a current browser. Some resources may require a PDF reader or the third-party application named in the offer. Live-session platform details and any additional requirements should be checked before the session. Contact us before purchasing if you need an accessibility arrangement or are unsure whether your device can access the material.
