The five day course
Five questions, one a day. You do not watch anything — you answer, and by Friday the five answers together describe something you can sell repeatedly.
- Day 1.
Describe what you sell without a single technical word.
Most people cannot do this on the first attempt. That is the finding.
- Day 2.
Name the buyer it is worth the most money to.
Not who needs it. Who bleeds from not having it, expensively, this month.
- Day 3.
Write down one thing you will refuse to include.
Scope is easier to feel through an exclusion than a definition.
- Day 4.
Run your delivery through going from ten clients to twenty.
Uncomfortable, fifteen minutes, and the most useful thing in the week.
- Day 5.
Put a number on it, and one sentence defending it.
About what it changes, not about how long it took you.
Every day ends by asking you to reply with your one line answer. I read all of them, and I answer as many as I physically can.
Then the weekly letter starts.
Once the five days are done you move onto the normal cadence: one commercial decision, taken apart, every Thursday. Same shape every week.
Free. One email a week after the course. One click to leave.
