About

There are five thousand people on one freelance marketplace alone selling the same automation you sell. The building is not scarce any more. Knowing which problem is worth solving, who it is disproportionately valuable to, and what to charge for it still is.

That gap is the only thing this letter is about.

What you get

One commercial decision, taken apart properly, every Thursday. Same shape every week: the decision, why most people get it wrong, a worked example with real numbers, and one thing to go and check in your own business before next Thursday.

No tool roundups. No template packs. No prompts.

What this is not

This will not teach you to build anything. No workflow teardowns, no template libraries, no lists of tools. Plenty of people do that and many of them do it better than I would. This is about everything that happens after you can already build.

Who it is for

You can already build the thing and people have paid you for it. Every project still starts with “tell us what you need.” Revenue went up this year and so did your hours, at about the same rate. Prospects like the demo and then go quiet, and you do not know why.

If you are looking for your first client, this is a different problem and I do not write about it.

Replies

Every issue ends by asking for a one line answer. I read all of them and I answer as many as I physically can. That is not a growth tactic — it is where most of the material comes from.
